Our Process
❶Send in your Repair Request
Fill out the form and provide detailed information on what happened to your phone. Once received, we will get back to you with an estimate for repair
❷ Send your Phone
We will email the mail-in instructions with your estimate to send the phone to our repair depot. We will on receipt confirm delivery and repair commencement.
❸Get your device back
On device repair completion we will email you to advise of the great news. Included in that email will be instructions on how to make your payment online with your device to be shipped back back to you on payment verification.
