Hawk Wireless uses three cosmetic conditions (like-new, very good and good) to ascertain the physical composition of our devices as well as their ensuing value. The conditions are explained as below:
Like-New
While clearly a used device the phone will be in excellent cosmetic condition. The screen is in excellent condition and has no noticeable scratches. Any imperfections, if present, will usually be found on the back or side of the device with only very minor scratches or marks and no cracks present. This is the best condition you can reasonably expect for a used phone.
Very Good
This condition will mark a phone that has been gently used, you might notice some light scuffing on the side of the device, or some light scratches on the body. If there are any imperfections on the front screen, none of these will be visible when your screen is on. The body is in good condition but. Overall, these physical imperfections will not affect the daily use of your phone.
Good
Indicates the phone will be in average or worn / poor cosmetic condition. The front and rear housing may have scratches or cracks, there may be some screen scratches and/or dents that can be felt. However, all imperfections are merely cosmetic and will not affect the functionality of your device.
